CURRICULUM & COMMUNITY.
Horizon Collective is a 6-month leadership program, designed by women of color for women & gender expansive people of color.
Unlike most professional development programs, Horizon Collective taps into a wide range of tools, practices and experiential exercises to support one another to root in our purpose and shine in our practice and whole-life-being.
Facilitated by the Interaction Institute for Social Change, Horizon Collective continuously evolves to meet participants’ needs. Sessions include: affinity groups, music, art, poetry, dancing & movement, multimedia tools for collaboration, small and large group discussions, journaling and reflection. The program also offers professional coaching and sister pods for ongoing support between our monthly sessions — two aspects that past cohorts have repeatedly called transformational!
